The John Kalleen Group has a long history of client and audience-pleasing success performing at private functions for corporations and organizations of all sizes. Our band performs accessible, straight-ahead jazz in a style that delights all in attendance, from hard-core jazz fans to the most casual of music listeners. Please listen to our sample audio.

The band is comprised of veteran professionals in the music business. Our level of musicianship is extremely high, and is matched by our level of professionalism. We arrive on time and ready to play. We’re happy to comply with any standard of dress that is most appropriate to your event, from “corporate casual” to a more formal attire if you wish.

When you hire the John Kalleen Group, you’re not hiring a band leader who will call five or six musicians the week before the job. You’re hiring a full-time group, musicians who play and rehearse together regularly and perform as an ensemble with skill and panache.
